What is covered: Screen failure (not physical damage), speaker or microphone failure, Face ID or biometric failure, charging port failure, battery below 80% health within 3 months of delivery.

What is not covered: Cracked screens, water damage, drops, user-caused damage, or software issues caused by jailbreaking or user error.

Important: These are internationally-sourced parallel import devices. The Apple SA manufacturer warranty does not apply. Loopmarket's seller warranty is provided directly by us in place of the manufacturer warranty, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
